“Good morning boss. Your coffee is on your table and the files have been sorted out and entered into the system. Also, I’ve extended the meeting with Allen Co till Thursday like you wanted. Is there anything else you want?” My assistant, Taylor said, walking beside me on my way to my office.

“No, I think that’ll be all for now” I said without sparing her a look. She nodded and excused herself while I entered my office.

Sinking into the leather chair, I took a sip from my coffee and sighed out loudly. This is the life!

Being able to get whatever you want, and having everyone wrapped around your finger, is the best thing that could ever happen to anyone. Even when my parents were alive, I never lacked anything, I’m a lucky b*tch.

A knock came on my door, disrupting me from my alone time. I groaned.

“Who’s that?!” I asked, annoyed. I have a bit of a hot temper and trust me, you would not want to be around me when I’m in a bad mood.

“Baby, it’s me” he answered before gently pushing the door open.

He looked dripping hot in a white t-shirt and black pants. His muscles were literally bursting out from the shirt. I always get myself the hottest guys.

He walked over to me and kissed my lips.

“Don’t you even dare!” I flashed him a deadly glare and he sat back quietly.

The caller’s name was ‘Precious’ and it kinda got me more suspicious. I answered the call and placed the phone on my ear.

“Hello? Hubby?” The female at the other end said and my blood boiled.Â

I hung up the call immediately and handed him back the phone. He stared at me with guilt written all over his face.

“Who is she?” I asked through gritted teeth and he gulped.

“I fcking asked you a question Fred! Who the fck is the b*tch that just called you!?” I thundered, hitting my palm on the desk and he flinched.

“Forgive me for lying to you Amelia. I had no choice. She’s my wife, I had to lie to get money to feed her and our son. The pay from my job isn’t merely enough” he pleaded, going on his knees. I bit down on my lip in anger and slapped him hard across the face. He fell down holding his cheek and ear as he winced.

“You fool!! What did I tell you? I don’t deal with freaking married men!! How dare you think you can deceive me?” I roared and he got up, still holding his cheek.

“The f*ck? Who told you to get up? Get on your knees right now you stinking beggar!” I spat at him and he went down immediately.

He wouldn’t dare disobey me, because if he dares, I’ll have my bodyguards beat the life out of him.

“Please forgive me. I did it because..”

“Because you’re a gold digger. Get the f*ck out of my office. And mind you, you’re going to pay me every single penny I spent on you” I said and he gasped.

“What? No, I can’t. Please don’t this to me” he begged, holding my legs. I kicked him away.

“Get up and get out! You have three months to pay me back.. that’s what you get for trying to deceive me. You freaking liar” I said and he got to his feet, literally shedding tears.

“Please Amelia, don’t punish me this way. I’m willing to do any other thing, but I can’t pay you back everything” he sniffed, trying to gain my sympathy.

Well too bad, tears don’t work on me.

“You have three months. Else, you’re losing everything” I said and called in security to throw him out. He was carried out of my office as he continued to beg me to change my decision.

It’s such a shame though, he had a really nice d!ck.

My entire day was ruined because of that pig. I was in a bad mood throughout and I needed to cool off.. maybe with some good s3x and alcohol. I texted my closest friend, Audrey to come over to the office.

We drove into the parking lot of the strip club and got out of the car. The music inside was banging, we could hear it from outside.

“This place is lit!” I admitted as we walked inside.
