Where did the supreme Court say that? The matter was about the signing of Buni as national chair which the court said his signing does not invalidate the document. The court never gave him the right to sign.
The minority judgment delved into whether he had the right to sign in the first place and came back with a blatant No!! He escaped there because he wasn't joined.

You can see the judgment was relying on the APC constitution while ignoring the electoral act and the Constitution as if the APC constitution is superior to both. Even the APC constitution held that an individual can't hold party office and elective office at the same time which the judgement also overlooked. It just went about the whole thing in a rascally manner similar to most procured judgement. It was never appealed though. This judgment on Oyetola is the right one and will stand any legal scrutiny.

There is no appeal until Tuesday because Monday has been declared by Aregbesola as Public holiday, Oyetola can only file appeal on Tuesday, why the Osun State Election petition tribunal will be sitting on Tuesday of which the PDP lawyers will bring it to the notice of the Election petition tribunal that the APC candidate who bought the case has no course of action since he was not even qualify ab intio for the election held and the court is likely to dismiss the Election petition for lack of locus standi.

No bro. The only reason Aketi escaped was that PDP did not join Buni as a party to the Suit when challenging Aketi's election. That judgement gave them guidelines to challenge all actions taken by Buni. Ekiti should jeer up for SDP too.

It's the organising of primaries and other activities carried out by the holder of the office this particular case just ruled on.

The judge never said the governor's alone will be punished by vacating office. It is settled that the only way a governor can vacate office is via impeachment, resignation or natural causes.

Oyetola is a bad loser. I don't see any serious basis for the petition against the Osun election results. I'm an APC person but the election was fair and it reflected the wishes of the people even though the dancer would not achieve anything but he's the choice of the people and so be it.
