I need explanation or clarification on this new electoral amendment law in nigeria

Why is it that the newly amended electoral Act did not provide for a colum where voters can See their respective political parties logos in the BVAS and cast their vote without resorting to manual vote casting through the ballot papers?

Recall that the BVAS only captures how many person that were accredited in a polling unit and not the political parties those accredited voters voted for thereby creating room for political parties who are dominant in that poling unit to manipulate the vote casted.

Inec only succeeded in removing dead voters and not these not present from our election

Mods @Mynd44, @OAM4J pls move to fp for more information and understanding..
Thanks

Subjecting votes casted Manually is prone to changing of numbers by dominating person's/parties at the polling units/ward..

For me I don't see any much values or powers to this new electoral amendment law in nigeria ..
Pls read electoral act section 62 sub 1 & 2. Or full 62
