1. Japan has no bad blood for China, maybe Russia because of their island dispute.

2. Japan has no military and has no intention of ever going to any war unless war come to them.

3. Japan will never mess with a nuclear armed state again even if they invade them first they will find a diplomatic method of resolving their conflicts.

Bottom line: Japanese people do not want war at all but they are ready for one.

If this were true why aren't the Russian dropping nukes on Ukraine after the Ukrainian bombed Crimea?

No country will just wake up one morning and say urbi et orbi that they have the intention to go to war and will attack even if war does not come to them.
