Does anyone know the english name of the disease with the yoruba term "pajapaja", that strange felling that occurs in the limbs (especially the legs)

Not muscle pull, it comes with a strange felling, it occurs when you sit awkwardly on the leg and there is little or no supply of blood to it, so on getting up you will find it a little difficult to put your foot on the ground, after a while it dissapears. Sometimes it can be curred by putting the foot in water.

I don't know the English word but they call it Pins and needles feeling.
Do a search on Nland and i am sure u will see what u want.
