I cannot confirm whether the test was properly vetted, or if another test will be administered. However, I can confirm that the documents were not verified before the test invitations were sent out. Once applicants ticked the required boxes, they received an email invitation for the test.

I believe that the test questions were leaked because I know individuals who applied with multiple accounts without submitting any documents, yet all of their accounts received the test invitation. They likely used these dummy accounts to gather and memorize the questions and answers before taking the test with their real account

The reason you hear some individuals finishing sections of the test in unusually fast times, such as 8 minutes for Mechanical Comprehension and 12-13 minutes for General Ability, it seems highly unlikely that these scores were achieved without prior knowledge of the test content.

In any case, I hope that NLNG will take appropriate action to address any potential issues with the testing process.

has there been any test since this application?
And was this email sent to experienced or graduate trainee?

GT candidates wrote a test in January, there hasn't been any update for experienced hire since the closing of the application process.

If NLNG mailed you to upload documents you have qualified for the next stage. If you used the leaked questions and scored very high marks you have qualified for the next stage.

NLNG is not conducting another test.

request for missing document or a document you did not upload doesn't necessarily mean an interview invite is underway, I believe things have to be done orderly for everyone invited to take the test. Let's keep hope alive and wait for actual interview invites.

On the Career Day, some persons complained that they don’t have some of the documents at that material time..especially “First School Leaving Certificate”And “NYSC”

NLNG said they should proceed with their application as that won’t be a barrier at that stage(Application and short-listing)

It is normal that before progressing to the next phase of the recruitment (ACs), Nlng will contact those who didn’t upload all the documents or even those who thought they did but the upload didn’t go through for record purposes.......(My opinion though)

That would mean those people will most likely proceed to the next stage because there won't be a need for candidates who have been disqualified to still be asked to upload certain documents.
