I can send lower than $50 from my bank US bank account to your Payoneer account. It's only when u are doing Payoneer to Payoneer that u will have to send minimum of $50. Chat me up on WhatsApp if u still need it my way

Good news is that within the past few minutes I've just figured out a better way to withdraw money from Payoneer using their virtual card instead. If everything works out, I may not even need the physical card anymore.
