POETRY ENCLAVE SET TO HOLD IZON ARTS FESTIVAL DECEMBER 3

The city of Ibadan will know what is not common as Poetry Enclave (POEN), Ibadan, holds Izon Arts Festival (IZAFEST 2022). Slated to hold on Saturday December 3, 2022, and proudly supported by Leo Biga Associates, Ibadan.

IZAFEST 2022 will take place at the open field of Yinbol College, Orogun, Ibadan, from 11a.m to 5p.m.

In a statement by Ebika Anthony, President of POEN and the Festival Director, the festival will feature Izon music, dance, dress parade and the presentation of IZON HERITAGE amongst other events.

With the theme, "CELEBRATING IZON CULTURE FOR TOGETHERNESS", this festival will have in attendance artistes, culture activists, students, teachers and so on.

Ebika Anthony, a former National PRO of the Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA), is of the strong belief that IZAFEST 2022 will certainly make a laudable statement of artistic and cultural excellence.

The Festival Director noted that IZAFEST is design to create a platform for the discovery and celebration of various talents in showcasing the cultural heritages of the Izon people of Nigeria.
