3. Community service
Strike only prevents them from teaching, which they must go back and complete after resumption. Hence, they should be paid in full.

Despite this tripartite nature of lecturers' work, their 8 months salary arrears were not paid. To add salt to injury, they got less than half of their monthly pay.

This was allegedly what a senior lecturer in university of Lagos got paid.
