So if you have a company and your employees decide to down tool for 8 months, you will pay them for the months they didn't work? The mentality of some Nigerians is baffling. ASUU go to strike almost every year because they get paid whenever they choose to return. It is the students that bear the full brunt of the strike. Somebody need to put a stop to this nonscene

You people needed change. This is the real change. My question is, with the way Buhari/APC have handled this country including all the maltreatment and hardship, will someone with a sound mind still leave his/her house to go vote for APC? If you do not, you really need help, psychological help.

Now ASUU will count the cost before going on strike.

Apc had succeeded in fixing ASUU strike permanently.

The students looses 8 months of thier time
Lecturers looses 8 months salary

No cheating!

This half salary ended up creating bad blood & did more harm than good.
What is full salary for a whole FG? Sometimes you need to make sacrifices in the spirit of peace & goodwill.

The Buhari's Boko Haram (Education Forbidden) regime places low priority on Education.
They are just playing ping-pong with the future of our youths.

U know what's funny? Paying full salary isn't even a sacrifice here because the money has already been budgeted. Ngige just wants to flex his muscles.

I can't imagine how a whole country should suffer because of one man

did the govt pay buhari pro rata when he was in London for months in an hospital. The presidential jet was parked for months in a UK airport and millions of pounds was paid for the airport hanger. There are just too many fools in this country for her to move forward. Just too many.

The FG is known to fail in all promises. It is naive on the lecturers to have believed that this time would be different.

Now you see why I peruse through Tinubu and APC's manifesto and laugh. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me hundreds of times, shame on me, would best describe the Nigerian situation.
