When we talk about strong institutions, this is what we are saying. We have no strong institutions. Imagine the way the courts are disobeyed. Why wouldn't they? Who in their right sense will look at a fascist state like Nigeria and take it serious? That is why we can't have investors or nothing. The SC has stated that where national security is at stake, humanright takes the back seat. FG will not release that money and car to him to sell the car and cash out no matter what the judge thinks. It is proceed of crime like this that give the nation serious security problems.
