Lets go by by Keyamos logic on TINUBU'S DRUG CASE. If $460,000 was tax on interest, lets assume its %10 tax, then we assume that the interest is $460,000,000. Now, if interest is also 10% of capital, then the main capital should be $4.6 billion dollars. Imagine a staff of an oil company in Nigeria, paying N500,000,000 tax on interest of N5 billion, on a capital of 5 trillion.   2 Likes |
