Follow the money....except if it is all lost. But if the state's purse is lean because of the airport built by his predecessor (which I suspect is the case) then he should start there to make it generate income even if it was not his vision.

In the mean while he run these projects on a need basis and using direct labour to save costs and bridge the deficit. Let the unemployed youth take up the labour challenge for a token and material stockists and equipment lessors can be sold bonds and coupons to provide the resources.

What sort of shallow drainage is this. Our rulers are not futuristic.

By the time houses starts springing up in the future in that corridor that drainage many not be able to absolve the large volume of rain water that will be so generated. Why not make it deeper knowing that in the next 20years development will spring up in the area.

I am from Anambra state and I know that Peter Obi was one of the best governors Nigeria ever had. You are only deceiving yourself by these lies.

You can't use the same contractors and expect a different result.
Soludo should give major road contracts in his state to likes of JB, CCECC, etc and the difference will be clear and let local contractors handle what they can handle base on the manpower and machineries that they have or if he intends to give major road contracts to these local contractors, then he should support them to acquire equipment and machineries that will help them deliver quality projects.
