That's not how law works.

There is a prima facie case against the man. The question of evidence does not arise at the prima facie level.

It is for the Courts to examine whatever evidence there is, and to determine whether or not the evidence is sufficient or not.

That is absolutely not the problem here. Even if there was a mountain of evidence, you cannot take a leader of another State to your Courts over a criminal offence.

Period.
