When I say 20 years ago....I mean 2022-2002 .....so In the last 5 world cup he has won one .....and in the remaining 4 he has been denied by European teams....

When Germany lost to Japan, I knew Spain will beat Costa Rica. Same thing happened today when Morocco shocked Belgium with handicap win, I knew Crotia will at least draw even though I wanted Canada to win but football doesn't care about my emotions so there's that.

Belgium was not overrated. They were actually good and played beautiful football. If there was an hype about them, then it was because it was deserved. But like DeBruyne said, their best chance was 2018 and their golden generation is old already.
