Ned Nwoko, the lead consultant for the recovery of over deductions from Paris and London clubs debt buyback funds, says his firm was being owed $68 million, not $418 million.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Mr Nwoko was reacting to the flurry of allegations and claims trailing his company’s demand for the payment of fees from the accounts of state governments and local government councils in the country, on Saturday in Abuja.

The Lead Consultant of Linas International frowned at the recent outbursts of the Chairman of the Nigeria Governors Forum (NGF), Governor Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti, regarding the Paris Club refund.

The Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, had featured at the weekly briefings coordinated by the Presidential Media Team, on August 11, where he spoke extensively on issues surrounding the refund,

he was first in in federal house of rep in PDP between 1999-2003, when okowa was health commissioner. He left PDP in late 2000s to form DPP(Democratic peoples party) to contest against okowa for senate. That was when the rec was kidnapped after collation, compilation and signing of results by all parties agents. He was kidnapped right at the point of announcing Ned as winner, he later forged another result, and announced okowa as winner. He was later arrested for the fraud. Uniben sacked him Immediately.
