They are scam they want you to go and purchase vip on new acct you will create, so that you will able to transfer it to the new acct, boom you lost ur money

This is what is happening here, you most upgrade your account to vip1 with $100 and you're only allowed to withdraw $60 max on this package, then greed will set in and you will upgrade to vip2 with $1000 that's when you'll realise that you just lost $1040.
That guy that withdraw $60 just lost $40 because with vip1 you can only withdraw maximum of $60 after depositing $100, so unfortunate for him and anybody who fall for scam.
