USAID plans to eradicate polio in Nigeria within one year, Mrs. Dana Mansuri, its Mission Director in Nigeria has said. Mansuri told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Friday in Abuja that “we are on the brink of eliminating polio from Nigeria forever and that will be within a year or two. She fielded questions on the sidelines of activities marking USAID’s 50th anniversary in Nigeria. “We are working very hard on a number of cases.
