not crypto currency.

E-Naira is alive but not adopted as it should.

E-Naira is merely a means of payment. A lot more comfortable than bank payments.

People hated the government and so despised the app.

Secondly, the government made very little efforts to dispel the rumors that E-Naira was a crypto app when it's not.

They just banned crypto in the country and around the same time announced the E-Naira project.

People were angry and at the same time suspicious.

The FG never created any publicity that informs people about the app and how they can use it.

Like you, a lot of people still erroneously think it's a crypto app, whereas it's only a wallet app for instant transfer.

A good alternative to the E-Naira app is the Abeg app. E-Naira is still available in playstore

I don't think E-Naira is dead, it's just hibernating however it's survival will depend on if Bitcoin and the entire crypto ecosystem survive the current crypto winder

e money is simpler.

It's almost a one click payment system.

The government didn't do much to dispel the rumors about the app
