Not believing in things doesn't mean you wont identify with that thing. Whatever Obi put down as a manifesto isnt an afterthought, it still reflect what he has been saying from inception but since people would rather prefer a written document then dont you think it would be nice to give it to them?

If I am an employer I will happily hire a candidate who demonstrated in the interview that he knows what he is doing and Wil never hire a candidate with paper certificate and never show up in interview.Now using your analogy, if this election is your company can you hire a candidate that speaks incoherently on the road and refuses to come to interview?
