Job Responsibilities • Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to access user problems, design process flows, and help drive design and technology choices to create world class solution. • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs Requirements • Three or more years of UI/UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex B2B solutions. • Expertise in standard UX software such figma, adobe XD, and the like is a must. In addition, basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus. • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients • A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns • Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications. • Enjoy collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders to continually deliver design solutions for approval. • Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design. 2). Senior Product Managers We’re looking for experienced product manager who will help lead our product development process through gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements to create effective roadmap and build products that improve customer experience while ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals. Job Responsibilities • Expertly navigate ambiguity to develop a comprehensive product strategy, product roadmap, functional/non-functional requirements, and go-live plan to deliver on business goals. • Oversee new product development from start to finish: Ideation, Inception, Error/Risk mitigation, timely delivery, initial release, and feedback gathering for informing future improvement • Work with a wide range of external stakeholders to identify needs and expertly distill them into actionable agile goals to build meaningful product. • Prepare and review product requirement documents. • Refine and maintain product backlog to alignment with product vision. • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, design, and operations team to build solutions that deliver increasing value to users • Lead product initiatives through the entire product lifecycle • Organize product releases properly into sprints and ensure compliance with schedule Requirements • Significant experience in product lifecycle management and working in agile scrum environment • In-depth technical knowledge to understand all product areas, including design and software development principles • Ability to analyze data from a variety of sources to identify key insights, pinpoint optimization opportunities, and inform product decisions • Exceptional curiosity, bias for execution, and ability to take a nebulous, vague list of desires & requirements and distill them down into engineering actionable items • Strong problem-solving skills with creative approach • Strong organizational, leadership and communication skill • Good knowledge of product management tool such as Jira • Working knowledge of SQL is a plus 3. DevOps Engineer We’re looking for experienced and self-motivating DevOps Engineer who has sound knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle, CI/CD, IT infrastructure management and security, and agile development practices. With a profound DevOps mind-set, they will help our technology team move forward in its plans to utilize cloud technologies to increase the efficiency of the SDLC and provide a truly modern approach to software development Job Responsibilities • Lead the implementation and operation of reliable, consistent, and responsive deployment processes across multiple products • Identifying and deploying cyber-security measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management across a wide range of systems and IT infrastructures. • Ensure that engineering and development teams are adhering to agreed solution architectures, to maintain the performance and operability of the solutions they develop. • Develop and implement automated application and infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes. • Ensure that systems meet business and customer needs for reliability and availability. • Manage application performance and service quality, whilst ensuring cost optimization • Ensure that the cost, security, and resilience of deployments are regularly reviewed and optimised Requirements • Experience developing CI/CD workflows and tools, ideally using Azure Pipelines. • Automation scripting skills, • Proficiency in one or more coding languages (eg .net, C#, Python). • Development experience with Azure, Docker, and Azure Kubernetes Service. • Experience in configuration management, test-driven development, and release management • Experience of supporting Microsoft .NET, IIS & SQL Server • Exposure to an eclectic mix of Microsoft and Linux based technology stacks • Strong technical leadership in Git Hub Actions, Pipelines, Containerisation • Experience in Application Support or shows highly tuned investigative & diagnostic skills • Ability to take ownership of a problem and coordinate across technical teams to resolution • Experience in IT Service Management methodologies 4. Product Operation Specialists We are looking for qualified product operation specialists who will help optimize customer onboarding experience, accelerate feedback loop process and product adoption across a wide range of products. Job Responsibilities • Assist the PMs in stakeholder management • Get direct feedback from customers and help the product teams to prioritize the biggest customer problems to solve • Supports the product team by equipping them with relevant usage data to make more informed decision. • Track and monitor products performance and functionality after launch to help the team iterate and improve on them • Collects, organizes, and analyzes quantitative and qualitative product data and enables the entire organization to make the most of the insights. • Work closely every day with cross functional team of PM, designers to align plans and communicate changes with customers and/or internal stakeholders. Requirements • Minimum of 3yrs in product operation or similar role • Enjoy organized and structured approach to operational excellence. • Understanding of product management process and requirement gathering • Excited about working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. • Experience working with Product tools such as JIRA • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill 5. Strategic Communication Specialist (Social media) We are looking for an experienced strategic communication manager who will work closely with our director of strategy and growth, and others throughout the company to support the company’s external communication and outreach goals. Our ideal candidate must be a strong content developer with sound judgement who will assist with daily administration of digital communication channels. Job Responsibilities • Create content strategy for the organization • Lead communication and outreach initiatives across both owned and paid digital communication channels (including social media platforms) • Develop strong understanding of departmental, corporate goals and strategies, and ensures they are integrated into communications and outreach activities. • Identify, research, and develop useful and engaging content for target audiences on mainstream and social media platform Requirements • Minimum three years of relevant experience, including experience in strategic communications • Ability to connect individual communications activities or products to higher-level strategies and goals. • Ability to write story-driven content about complex technical subjects and projects that engages target audiences and enhances the company’s image • Working knowledge of uses and administration of popular social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube) |
