The YULETIDE season world over is a period which is usually marked with a lot of movements and travels to various destinations. There are however certain things to be mindful about during this period when boarding commercial vehicles.
1) COMMERCIAL DRIVERS
Commercial drivers during this period overstretch their usual working schedule. Hence, fatigue & Impatience when driving is common.
This happens because they try to make 'ALL THE MONEY NOT YET MADE FROM JAN TO NOV' IN ONE MONTH CALLED DECEMBER.
BE CONCIOUS- THEY DO FALL ASLEEP WHEN DRIVING YOU.
2) VEHICLE MAINTENANCE
Due to increased number of trips during the festive season. Wear and tear naturally sets in on the vehicles. Unfortunately, many drivers would prefer to ignore even the 'obvious' maintenance needs than 'waste' time trying to put the vehicle in proper shape. Prices of good tyres and spare parts and even fuel have also made matters worse in this regard. Hence they just 'MANAGE IT LIKE THAT'
Pls do not take obvious signs for granted.
3) DRUNKENNESS: I NEED NOT SAY MUCH ABOUT THIS EPIDEMIC. (Just caution the driver.....he's also in festive celebration mood)
SOME OF THEM GET DROWSY ON THE STEERING DUE TO HANGOVER!!! WATCH OUT
