Didijiji: I started using ginger and mine has drop to normal. Blend it with fruit of ur choice or boil and drink like tea. U can as well add cloves or turmeric to it. What it does is to burn down significant amount of bad cholesterol thereby normalising ur BP. 1 Like 1 Share |
