thats the more reason u should read ealier posts, i have tested the su-33w with aieromons n8,it didnt work, he too has tried it himself, spacyzuma has tried it, it didnt work, there's this nairalander,though i dnt know his username here, he came to my office with his N8 and we tried it for 30mins, it only connects but wont find any channel,and he was not ready to drop his n8 @4peace b4 u start to imagine, u xpect make i go buy xpensive N8 wey i no need becos i wan satisfy una for here on mobile tv? Abi u think say i dey collect salary from seun? NO OFFENCE!! Make u buy the s^3 phone and give me make i take do my research well, the people wey say their own work,i no doubt but we need photos

Finally we hav sucessed in making it happen. 3.5G NETWORK WITH DVB-H in Akwa Ibom State
now am in home enjoying 3g speed ,be4 i use to go lagos just for 3g and now it has come to me. Now in month am buying that DVB H . Weather su or headset i got 7.5k 4 su and 10k 4 headset .but pls remain 4 me let school close and wen am bk home fully than dis month. Just cash and carry 1 way, HAppy New monTH

Mtn has started charging o! If u have 170naira u can subscribe for mini package and it works, or u prefer 400naira maxi package!

Dis weekly subscription is just cow sh1t, atleast there should be a way one can subscribe upfront, for instance,if u recharge with 680naira and subscribe for mini package and continue subscription 3 times, u should be able to watch it for a month, dis every 2day subscribing don tire me

TV-OUT is disabled in the mobile tv app on all the symbian phones.

Glo was the first to start charging subscription fees before MTN got their act in order.Make sure the sim has been provisioned for internet access and you're good to go.

Kindly go back a few pages and read my post where i categorically stated that DSTVmobile was back on with Glo and the access charge was deducted at the point of subscription.I know this because i subscribed using Glo.

Nice one.I'd like to know your software version.I'm guessing the early releases of the N8 were not customised to receive signals from the su-33w receiver.I tried all sorts of things for more than 3 months before i was able to pick up the mobile tv headset from Ceejay.

Btw,did you downgrade your OS?

You upgraded to Anna,right?You'll need to downgrade to PR 1.2 and am sure Nokia Care will charge you nothing less than 5k for that(i.e if they got people with brains).I suggest you do it yourself.

you're absolutely right the last time i went there the egyptian they finally let me see (After i threatened fire and brimstones) since their dumb staffs insisted they only work on phones didnt even know what the receiver was man. for real no jokes. i had to spend like 10 minutes lecturing the guy before he suggested flashing my phone and i told him i was coming.

i dont think its the OS. I've successfully ran that receiver on N8s with Anna.

Since it was working on PR1.2 before you upgraded to Anna,you'll have to roll back the update.I doubt if those knuckleheads know how to do it.
