I want inputs from academics, particularly in Accounting field, on the topic.
I have a paper to present, and the topic is one of its contents. I want to know if my arguments on the topic align with those of average expert in the field.

If you are looking at a career in lecturing then PHD is it. Masters and ICAN is suitable for a corporate career.

So based on your argument, go with PHD for lecturing. And who says you can pursue ICAN after PHD or concurrently?

My main argument is that P.hD. without ICAN has an edge. But for the lenght of it, I didn't post my supporting details as it would put many off the topic. Don't you know that an average nairalander has aversion for lengthy notes? Some may even troll for seeking opinions since I already know it.

As I already said, my motive for the post is to know if my viewpoint is widely held.

For lecturing I advice you go for PhD.... according to NUC you are not a lecturer if you have PhD ooooh, but if you want to drive into corporate Word or a non academic word go for ICAN
