PWAN HAVEN, a real estate company is currently selling lands at Ibeju Lekki, Haven Estate. 600sqm goes for 2 million naira, minus survey plan Fee and deed of assignment which cost 600k. So let's just say it cost 2.6 Million.

Is PWAN HAVEN real?
The land is for investment purpose. So it will be there for the next 7-10 years.
