A Real Estate Company located in Mushin Lagos requires the Services of a Secretary.

Typical responsibilities of the job include:

• Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
• Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
• Typing, preparing and collating reports
• Filing
• Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
• Managing databases
• Prioritising workloads
• Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
• Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
• Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
• Logging or processing bills or expenses
• Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients

Qualifications and training required
OND/HND or BSc. in Secretariat Studies or any related Field.
With minimum of 1 year working experience.

Must be Computer Literate

• Attention to detail
• Flexibility
• The ability to be proactive and use her initiative: to see what needs doing and to do it

Salary 40k-50k.

NOTE: Mushin and environs resident required.
