The Polytechnic Ojoku, Kwara state has invited interested applicants for the recruitment into departments of Computer Science and Electrical & Electronics.

This disclosure was made on Thursday in a circular signed by Acting Registrar of the institution.

It reads: "The Polytechnic Ojoku, Kwara state located at Km 5, Irra Road, Ilemona, Oyun LGA approved by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) to operate as a private Polytechnic, invites applications for academic staff as detailed below:

"SCHOOL OF APPLIED SCIENCES
Computer Science: - Senior Lecturer, Lecturer I, Lecturer II, Lecturer III

"SCHOOL OF ENGENEERING AND ELECTRONICS
Electrical & Electronics: - Senior Lecturer, Lecturer I, Lecturer II, Lecturer III

"QUALIFICATIONS:
(i) Senior Lecturer: Candidate for this position is expected to possess a good honours degree in the relevant disciplines with at least 5years teaching/research experience in an institution of higher learning, and a Ph.D. in the relevant fields from a recognized institution of higher learning.

"(iv)Lecturer I
Candidate for this position is expected to possess a good honours degree in the relevant disciplines with at least 5years teaching/research experience in an institution of higher learning, or a Ph.D. in the relevant fields from a recognized institution of higher learning with at least 3 years of teaching experience.

"(v) Lecturer II
Candidate for this position is expected to possess a good honours degree in the relevant disciplines with at least 3years teaching/research experience in an institution of higher learning, and a masters degree in the relevant fields from a recognized institution of higher learning with at least 3 years of teaching experience

"(vi) Lecturer III
Candidate must be aDegree holder or HND in the relevant areas from recognised universities or polytechnic. Candidate must have evidence of NYSC discharge certificate or exemption certificate.
