I think they should check the person driving the bus . E fit be someone wey no sabi drive . However if it is a mechanical issue , this should serve as a learning curve for innoson . It's too inoson's own good if they take customer complaints seriously and show efforts to satisfy their customers.
Toyota that you're referring to grew due to customer support and after sales service being top notch and miles superior to that of Peugeot and Benz whom they took so many markets from.
