Isn't it obvious Adeleke will lose when it was established as far back as November last year at the tribunal that there was clear evidence of over-voting in favour of PDP in 10 local govts out of 30, from the BVAS reports. A case of having number of votes surpassing number of accredited voters. It's those excess votes that were removed that made Adeleke's votes reduced to 219k.

Adeleke will apply for a stay of execution. Means that they will maintain status quo and he has 21 days to appeal the tribunal’s verdict.

He stays as governor until there’s a final verdict at the Supreme Court.
