Since the Election Tribunal and court can just wake up and sack the lawful winner as declared by INEC, this has happened on many occasion in this country, while not allow the court to shoulder the responsibility of Conducting election to avoid all this Drama.

Now is Supreme Court Time.

Nigeria is a joke.

So now people's votes mean nothing if the tribunal can just come up with outrageous rulings like this.

Don't be surprised if this even happens in the General Elections.
say no to election malpractice

People will lose trust in the system, and next time they start violence when they are robbed like this.

How?,it's a democracy! The Hypocrisy is legendary if the verdict had gone the favour of Adeleke it's fair but if other way it's robbery, šŸ¤£šŸ¤£ it is expected.. But it's your Opinion, you said Roberry I call it the beauty of Democracy!

This country has gone to the dogs.

Details of the judgement please.
Isn't it obvious Adeleke will lose when it was established as far back as November last year at the tribunal that there was clear evidence of over-voting in favour of PDP in 10 local govts out of 30, from the BVAS reports. A case of having number of votes surpassing number of accredited voters. It's those excess votes that were removed that made Adeleke's votes reduced to 219k.

Because those who voted for Oyetola are not from Osun state... 200k vs 300k people. The minority wants to intimidate the majority. We're currently working on ensuring he leaves the government house today

We'll miss "dance" in Osun .

BTW, will Adeleke leaves the government house tonight while Oyetola returns or they wait till the final (supreme) judgement is delivered if Adeleke appeals

Adeleke will apply for a stay of execution. Means that they will maintain status quo and he has 21 days to appeal the tribunalā€™s verdict.

He stays as governor until thereā€™s a final verdict at the Supreme Court.
