Office Administrator (Location: Gbagada/Oworonshoki, Lagos)

A team of construction professionals are looking for a strong, enthusiastic and experienced Office Administrator to fill this position.

This full time role involves the management and fulfillment of a variety of administrative and receptionist duties.

Skills & Attributes required for the role:

1. Demonstrated knowledge of office processes, equipment and procedures including manual and electronic records retention and retrieval
2. Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities, meet deadlines and resolve problems with minimal supervision and direction to ensure business performance objectives are met
3. Demonstrated ability to professionally communicate and liaise with stakeholders and clients at all levels and in all situations to promote and fulfil the business objectives
4. Demonstrated secretarial skills including excellent computer literacy and keyboard skills and proficiency in the use of email, electronic calendar, word processing, spreadsheet and database applications
5. Proven attention to detail is a must with the ability to solve problems, use good judgement and initiative, have strong work ethic and a positive mature attitude
6. Strong ability in multi-tasking, manage time well and take initiative when working independently
7. Must have strong knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office programs
8. Must be experienced in using accounting spreadsheet in computing construction estimates and bill of quantities
9. Assisting with accounts payable & receivable
10. Data entry into company systems
11. Administration support to site teams
