I Paid For Products Online, But I Didn't Hear From The Seller by PrinceGallant: 5:40pm On Feb 12, 2023 |
Dear Nairalanders! I am hereby seeking for your advice on what steps I can take on the matter below: There is this shopping online website; https://fashion9ja.com/ that I found on Facebook, and I have bought some goods from that site two times. The first one, I chose Cash on Delivery, and I was called the following day and I got my order within a week. The second time, I paid ahead, and I was called as well, and I got my order within a week. Having trust this shopping website, I ordered for some goods two weeks ago, I paid ahead because the price is reduced a bit lower that Cash on Delivery. Since nobody called me. I have mailed, WhatsApp, sent text messages, made calls but all were not responded. I don't know what I can do, hence this crying for help. The number is going through, messages are delivered to the number, but nobody gives response. The address is in Lagos, but I am not In Lagos. Please what can I do? |
