The so called "president" is just another way of saying King and governors is still another name for provincial lords.

And the qualification to be in any of these positions is still based on the power of conqueroship.

Where in the past a person gets to be a king/governor because of his murderous ability craftily called military might, today it is the use of any and all wider murderous weapons which includes the use of physical harm and destruction as well as economic harm and destruction.

Thus, just as in the past, the only people who can get to throne of presidency and governorship are still the same murderous people who could do it in the past.

Therefore, technically, democracy is just a duel played by all the dangerous people to see among them who is the strongest to sit on the the throne of president.

The people really do not have a hand in it other than to move as they are commanded to else, they shall be murdered, exactly as it used to be in the past.
