Vote for PDP is just like sympathy vote for Adeleke that really boosted Atiku votes. Gap between Atiku that won 18 of 23 local governments so far and Tinubu that won 5 local government is just about 2,000 votes difference. I think there are still about 7 local governments more to go. Tinubu can still win it. It was Adeleke effect because he started doing something to local communities within the short time to mark 100days which won the heart of people. It was because vote of national assembly and presidential are on the same day that made many to just voted PDP because people were only interested in supporting him by voting for national assembly and Senate so he can perform well as governor.

all land is given on a 99 year lease. The governor can revoke land at anytime in public interest according to the land use act
