So yesterday a lady fell for a scam on her fcmb account and she got debited 50k from a PAGA account with the name David Lucas.
Now this lady went to the bank to at least make a complaint to know what to do to get her money bank or even get basic information of the scammers ,fcmb bank pursued her away and have blatantly refused to even take a complaint as required by law.
So it means fcmb is working with this scammers and they are complicit,God will punish this people and I'm going to call them out on every social media on earth.
How do you refuse to take a fraud complaint from your customer

There are other official channels to lay complaints, like email.

Do you take a loan previous because you may have been permitted the third party to debit your account when the date due.

Cursory internet search shows they don't have a dedicated email address for fraud complaints so they must be swamped with other requests.
You can send a reminder mail and copy CBN (cpd@cbn.gov.ng), that should prod them to act.
