Is this one lack of understanding or just lack of common sense....I was trained as a po....that unit presiding officer signed off completely on the shit.....can u just read and see the name .....my Omo is omoed....she signed as the PO officer, on either of this reasons....1. there was no accreditted Poling agent at the unit.
2. In absence of an accredited agent, the dep. Rec ask her sign off since the unit has no recorded issues ....

Have you asked yourself, why inec will post it.....and you think if u think this is electoral malpractice...what you have just done is establish that the presidential election is flawed.... Bunch of educated zombies

Cynthia Okeke, may just be a youth copper who probably did not undergo proper training by INEC and did not realize it is no the PO that is to sign every column on the form EC8A. However she should be called for questioning before we make conclusions
