Please, can two network providers have the same phone number in Nigeria? Because now I'm confused. I was trying to buy GLO data for my sim using the Opay app, but I mistakenly used my sister's Airtel number. Opay debited my account, and as far as I'm concerned, the number doesn't exist because it's GLO data on an Airtel number. Please, if any one has encountered a similar situation, what can I do to get a refund? Since yesterday, I've been trying to contact Opay customer support, but all in vain. |
