The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has been served a copy of the judgement delivered today by the Federal High Court, Abuja Division which ordered it to allow 2 Plantiffs to vote with their Temporary Voter’s Card (TVC).

Because they can’t get to the topmost seat of power in the country, they are trying every possible means to destroy the election processes in Nigeria. Our country will prevail.

If the judgement stands, it means other Nigerians were clearly disenfranchised. This might lead to a class action lawsuit.

Ofcourse...it contravenes Electoral Act that mandates accreditation of Voters card by BVAS.

How will BVAS read a temporary voters card

Dear LP, a shabby party that rides on propaganda and playing religious card, coming out third and couldn't generate necessary 24 states, yet devoid of everything factual or genuine, please make efforts to go to court to defend your case.

Dear PDP, lol, a party that found Atiku, chronic privateer and capitalist, who was rumoured to own Mikano generator plant, worthy enough to sail the ship, please go to court.

You two are becoming a distraction to President-elect Tinubu. LMS (Last Man Standing) needs ample time to drive the country forward.

The new bvas does not read cards. It uses biometrics. If they know their VIN, they should be able to vote

The more Obi and his mob try to disrupt the election process the more LP is loosing value to sane Nigerians.

3rd claiming 1st. Thank God Obi lost. He would have been a divisive president as he was a divisive governor.

And sadly he would have been worse than Buhari......a man with no legacy in good governance.....only strategy is It's the turn of Igbos and christians

The last presidential election. Was your PVC read by the BVAS?

That PVC was just for easy identification, even to know your PU

If INEC says no to TVC and court says yes, tomorrow you’ll say INEC is corrupt. Their incompetence is enough for us don’t add more problems to em again

It uses VIN, since INEC prevented me from getting my PVC with my 3weeka everyday waka🤦
I still voted 25th February cause I told them if I don't vote there I won't let them leave after I suffer waka for 3weeks
Laslas I voted happily after Corper checked my VIN on BVAS 💪

Biometrics were done during registration

Nothing concern the cards with am

Apc hoarded many people's pvc with the lie that "inec didn't print them"

Many ppl have registered but weren't allowed to vote cos their cards were not given to them

Who is "they"? that won't get the country's topmost seat.
Don't be blinded by bigotry...no political party was mentioned....just people that want to exercise their right to vote.

If INEC is truly functional... voting with the Temporary Voter's Card shouldn't be an issue because it was given to voters by the same INEC after registration and due capturing.
The same number and details is transferred to the PVC. Same PVC that you would be asked to pay before collecting. In some states...the state's ruling party (Governor) order the state INEC REC not to give out PVC.

you don't need a PVC for the BVAS to accredit you. Once your name is on the voters register the BVAS will accredit you.

What is the interest of INEC to make sure that 2 Nigerians doesn't vote?

Shebi they want to "reconfigure" BVAS Machine?

Can't they just include their names?

If it was like thousands of people, it would have been a different case.
