Teachers are expected to deliver classes to students at a Foundation Program or Preparatory Year Program to better prepare students for university study.
Typical activities include:
• Planning, preparing and delivering lessons and workshops for groups and individuals;
• Designing and producing teaching materials and adapting existing materials;
• Carrying out assessments of students’ needs;
• Planning schemes of work;
• Assessing students’ progress;
• Keeping records;
• Attending team meetings;
• Attending and contributing to training sessions;
• Advising colleagues;
• Preparing information for inspection visits and other quality assurance exercises;
• Helping to draft and review institutional policies relating to the education of students with English as a Second Language;
• Engaging in continuous professional development (CPD);
POSITION INFORMATION
POSITION NAME AND AGE: Age not more than 54 years is a must.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Experience and General Requirements:
• Natural Native Speaker of English of Native English origins
• Committed, enthusiastic, energetic teachers with a proven track record in delivering successful English courses.
• Not less than 1 year of experience teaching ESL in a university environment
Qualifications – Minimum Requirements
• English Instructors will be required to deliver courses in General and ESP/EAP
• BA or MA (within the fields of English / Education / TESOL or TEFL is a must)
• One of the following Qualifications is preferred as additional support:
- CELTA
- DELTA
- Diploma
- Teaching License
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
SALARY/BENEFITS:
• Basic monthly salary starting at 11,000 to 13,000 Saudi Riyals (3,000 US Dollars) depending on aforementioned experience & qualifications (MA/PHD – higher salary)
• Furnished Flat.
• 30 days annual leave
