Do we blame INEC IT professionals who couldn’t take future encumbrances into consideration or blame Nigerians for exercising their franchise?

Different excuses. They even said the server was attacked by some attackers, Nigerians we are watching.

If this news is to be true, why not wait to cross check the data from BVAS with the results collated manually before announcing the winner! Why is that senatorial and house of Reps have no problem with sending of theirs only presidential election has this fault! Why did the results uploaded different from the ones INEC announced? Why is their a lot of cancellation in results uploaded through the BVAS? Why is INEC afraid of allowing LP and PDP access to inspect the BVAS and print out CTC of BVAS results? You can't hide the truth with a false statement because you will another false statement to cover up and another thereby creating an indefinite lying statement...

Some of us are software developers. Punch, u should have done ur own investigation. Imagine how lazy Nigeria media can be. U simply interviewed inec staff and that was it.
Did u try to check what type of error was the 500 code?
Did u do secret interviews of top inec tech staff?
I trust foreign media, they can do way better.

When servers crashes, don't the information get stored in cache and upload when the server is up and running??

These are lies and excuses to cover up. we are not fools. There were clear instructions not to upload the presidential elections even b4 voting started and some were not given the password at all. it was calculated sabotage.

The so called technical glitch was enough to either cancel or suspend the coalition for better and thorough confirmation of results bt instead they rushed to announce a winner in the middle of the night like thieves?

I'm still wondering why it would take INEC this long to upload results of same polling units they created. They should be aware whether their server can transmit the results or not. How can they wickedly jeopardize the future of many young Nigerians?? The INEC chairman who failed is surprisingly angry that he is being criticized. I think he should be jailed

It's unacceptable. How can you spend over 300bn Naira and give these flimsy excuses. Mahmoud must go, Inec completely overhauled and Presidential election cancelled.

Government has to probe INEC for once, they must not get away with this

There was no technical glitch, inec is compromised they intentionally didn't upload it just to get enough time to manipulate the results slip in favour of their preferred candidate that's all
