Otti actually won under APGA platform. Overwhelmingly too but after 15 of the 17 local governments showed him winning a landslide PDP manufactured 82,000 fake votes in Obingwa and 47,000 fake votes in Osisioma to overturn the landslide victory he had won from Abia voters
