They feel they are better than every other tribe, so, they overestimate themselves and underestimate other tribes. They won't listen to other people's opnion because they consider it to be inferior and therefore, they will keep losing.

Although, i personally feel Igbos have been treated unfairly in this marriage called Nigeria. However, all these bragging, noise and victimhood will not help them. It further exposes their weakness to their opponent.

They need to learn to evaluate their strength and weakness instead of blaming others. Acknowledge that other tribes have areas of strength and study their weakness. Fight their opponent at their weak point not their strong point. Then, they will be free from their grip.
