What the poster wrote are all jargons.

Did he know what the legal teams of Tinubu were thinking or filing in defense? He kept seeing Obi as someone who came from Jupiter.

All the drug case brouhaha had been long foreseen by Tinubu’s camp and they knew that either Obi or Atiku was going to file it. This is why Tinubu hasn’t addressed it. Catch your enemy by surprise. Tinubu had gotten mandates for about 5 governors in Nigeria including an opposition governor to his party. He knows about the court processes more than Obi.

The same Obi is making the prayer to be ambiguous yet you claimed he knew what he’s doing. Asking the court to declare him as the winner and at the same time asking the court to cancel the whole election.

Where is the sense. You keep hyping Obi who’s confused already. His only case here is that of Shettima which both Shettima and Tinubu didn’t disclose to anyone yet if Shettima resigned from being a senator before he accepted the VP SLOT.

However, both Goodluck Jonathan, Namadi Sambo and Atiku became Vps in this country while they were governors without first resigning.

Courts give judgement based on histories, evidences and witnesses not because they love your face.

Go to court and explain it there best lawyer

US law enforcement agencies in the US can seized your assets without filing criminal charges against you.

If he was never on trial for any crime in the US what are they going to testify against him for?

Police abuse of civil asset forfeiture laws has shaken our nation’s conscience. Civil forfeiture allows police to seize — and then keep or sell — any property they allege is involved in a crime. Owners need not ever be arrested or convicted of a crime for their cash, cars, or even real estate to be taken away permanently by the government.

https://www.aclu.org/issues/criminal-law-reform/reforming-police/asset-forfeiture-abuse

Thank you. If they seize your assets unlawfully, it is now left for you to go to court for them to release to you. If you don't, it become seized while you are not charged for any offence or crime. (I'm not a lawyer though and I stand to be corrected)

What I see happening is the judiciary cancelling the election for mass irregularities and calling for another election while disqualifying Tinubu from contesting on grounds of the issue he hard with the law in the US!

You get it

That's exactly what happened when they linked the funds in Tinubu's account to drugs.

They seized it with civil fufeiture but then Tinubu challenged them in court when the case was dragging on the law enforcement agency and Tinubu opted for out of court settlement and Tinubu forfeited 460,000$ out of the 1.4 million dollars confiscated.

The reason must be because neither Tinubu nor the law enforcement agency have the sufficient evidence to prove their case. Tinubu could not totally prove the money was not linked to Drugs and the agency could not also prove the money was linked to drugs to confiscate the whole 1.4 million dollar.

So he forfeited 460,000$ in one account and they released the rest.

Note if the law enforcement agency filed a criminal case against you in the USA you can not settle out of court even if you entered a Plea Bargain, the judge will still sentence you but they will skip the trial and perhaps reduce the punishment and sentence.

And under USA federal law there is no way you will only lose just half of your confiscated assets just because you entered a plea bargain for drug related crimes in the US. When you entered plea bargain you have already admitted that you are guilty of the crimes.

It is impossible that the sentence would just be losing half of your confiscated money without even any jail term even if you entered plea bargain for drug related crimes in the US.

The Drug case is only one of them, the nomination of Senatorial candidate to be vice president is against electoral law 2022

Give it up for the incoming President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria -----> HE Peter Obi and his VP, Baba Yusuf Datti.

It’s a petition let the tribunal gives the case hearing first… Tinubu will defend this case…. Tribalism will break this country… it’s trending in the south west that OBi is fighting the Yorubas just like what happened to MKO… the only mistake obi made was for him to ask the court for a fresh election instead he should have as for them to declare him winner….if it happens to do a fresh election the south west and north will not vote obi and e will lose again… obi should just sued inec and the process alone

I'm very sure you don't understand the law or how the system works

Even how apt the op was in breaking it all down for you , yet you still choose to be dumb
one thing I have come to understand about this ob_dense movement is that they are easily swayed around ,but just like before as they have failed ,they will fail again .see them already loosing numbers and evaporating into the thin air.
