Convert the passport from “Jpeg to Jpg”. You will be able to upload afterwards.

I am having difficulty completing the registration. It keeps giving me 'ACCESS DENIED, PLEASE LOGIN TO CONTINUE APPLICATION' Even when i am already logged on. Is there something i am not doing right? Help if you can please. Thanks

if you are using iPhone, switch to android. Just worked for me. Transfer the passport to an android phone and continue

There is a way you can still apply with your iPhone. You just need to ensure you can convert your passport to jpg on the iPhone

There is a way you can still apply with your iPhone. You just need to ensure you can convert your passport to jpg on the iPhone

Appears iPhones automatically save jpg photos as jpeg. Even after converting to jpg, downloaded to iPhone and still got jpeg. Had to convert with my android and uploaded with same to have jpg.

After applying and print the acknowledgement page. I discovered that my NOK no. Appeared as my phone no. And my license no. Didn't even appear on the print out.

Who else experienced same thing.
