Atiku visits Orji Kalu condoles him over wife’s death



Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar on Wednesday visited the Senate Chief Whip, Sen. Orji Kalu over the death of his wife, Ifeoma.

Atiku, who arrived in Kalu’s Abuja residence at 3:30 pm expressed sadness over the loss.

While condoling the former governor of Abia, Atiku urged him to take solace that the deceased lived a purposeful life.

Atiku described her as a woman of virtue who was committed to the service of humanity.

The former Vice President prayed God to grant the deceased a peaceful rest and the family the fortitude to bear the loss.

Responding, Kalu commended Atiku for finding time to visit him in time of grief.

Dr Ifeoma died at the age of 61.

IGBERETV reports that the duo thereafter went into a closed door meeting which lasted for 30 minutes.

Kalu had the guts to have posted voided vote for Apc even after he went against Tinubu before the primary claiming if Apc can't microzone to SE, northerners should have it, this same Kalu bought ticket for Lawan, took him to Buhari and claimed that's the SE Apc consensus candidate.
