Constant power supply has been reported in the Lagos suburb of Shomolu for four days now and the residents are thanking God for the improved public service of the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN).

There has been improved power supply in surulere too. Seems GEJ administration & PHCN is working seriously regarding this and i hope they 'l keep it up all over the country.

It is only right to commend them when they are performing well.

Gov. Fashola even has better plans for power supply in Lagos State.

just came into benin,ekewan area, 3 days back and the light just blinks for 10-20 mins and its back on. (oops light just went off now since morning) tongue

There has been a dramatic improvement in my area since July but this month takes the cake cos in the past 3 weeks, the total hours I've been without light hasn't been more than 5/6 hours

Funnily enough, this improvement in power supply didn't lead to an increase in my monthly PHCN bill as my bill for August was just N1031.10 unlike previous months when I used to get a bill between N2000 - N2500 . . . .with the irregular & epileptic power supply undecided

Well, here in Azare, Bauchi state, dere has also been a remarkable improvment in power supply, we can now boast of at least 12hours continuos supply on d average.

Didnt experience such regular power supply at ANY point under Yoruba OBJ. Yet cynics would see nothing good in GEJ. The improvement in power supply has been unprecedented to say the least. Lets hope it lasts.
