It is indeed a case of misplaced priority that the official Serie A posted a picture of the late iconic Maradona passing out the crown to Kwara instead of Victor Osimhen, who has been the engine room of Napoli this season and has been by far the best player in the Serie A this season. This raises questions about the underlying reasons for this decision, and whether it has anything to do with Osimhen's skin color.

The fact that Osimhen is a black player and Kwara is a white player could be a factor in this decision, as there is a long history of racism in Italian football. This is evidenced by the fact that there have been numerous incidents of racist abuse directed at black players in the Serie A, and the Italian Football Federation has been criticized for not doing enough to combat racism in the sport.

It is also possible that the decision to crown Kwara instead of Osimhen was made for purely footballing reasons. Kwara has been a consistent performer for Napoli this season, and has been a key part of their success. However, it is hard to ignore the fact that Osimhen has been the standout player in the Serie A this season, and has been the driving force behind Napoli's success.

Whatever the reasons behind the decision to crown Kwara instead of Osimhen, it is clear that it is a case of misplaced priority. Osimhen has been the best player in the Serie A this season, and it is only right that he should be recognized for his achievements. It is also important to recognize that racism is still a problem in Italian football, and that this decision could be seen as a sign of the continued discrimination faced by black players in the sport.
