The insecurity in Imo State is a direct consequence of 2023 politics played to stop Igbos in APC from clinching the ticket. Imo was the most peaceful State in Nigeria and had the least IPOB incident among all Southeast and South-south States until the forceful change of power. Imo used to have a community based policing system under Rochas Okorocha who made sure criminals were stopped from community level but politics was used to disband it in order to introduce insecurity and leave the villagers helpless for sake of giving Igbos a bad name and slow down the amazing economic growth being witnessed in the region. Security operatives in Orsu local government area of Imo state has invaded the house of a terror kingpin Chukwudumebi aka Odumodu, who is suspected to be among those killing police men.

He had forcefully adopted & married off four (4) girls whom we believed that he forcefully adopted, based on their confessional statements.

The girls who are from within Orlu zone of Imo state had narrated how he adopted them at different times and places.

Odumodu made them swear oath of secrecy and allegiance, they said.

Some of the girls had already given birth.
