I had this argument with someone, and a medical doctor later confirmed that if both parents have different blood groups..for instance, mother 0- and father 0+, that a male offspring usually takes the father's blood group 0- and not the mother's 0-.

I dont understand

The father is 0+ while the mother is 0-. It is argued that their male offspring must be 0+ taking after the father and not the mother's 0- blood.
How true is this please?
