'Dressing Sexy' Is A Sin That Would Take You Straight To Hell!

I could vividly remember my reaction the first time i heard someone in the music industry who claimed to be born-again, told someone else to look sexy in a music video shoot. I was like, "what?"

"Sexy?"

"Is that godly?"

It seemed confusion to me, because trying to "look sexy" is a deliberate attempt to seduce and make others lust after one's body, which is a sin in itself, so someone cannot claim to be born again or a true Christian and at the same time, be trying to "look sexy".

That was shortly after I became born-again a long time ago, but I have come to observe overtime that it wasn't an aberration because many who claim to be Christians were also guilty of that.

Speaking of which, one who recently made the headlines after her attempt to break a world record, was later seen testifying in a church service about how she was inspired by her pastor's message about having an all-round grace, which inspired her to pray for such grace towards achieving her goal.

Now, this is the same person who deliberately attempts to seduce and make others lust after her body via her dressing, but instead of accepting correction from those who really cared about her, is yet trying to justify herself, saying that it's possible to "look sexy and still be a game-changer" to prove it was deliberate.

The truth is that there's nothing wrong is being a game changer in that respect, but "looking sexy" is a sin, so even if you broke all the guiness records in the world but don't repent, you will be heading straight to hell with all those records.

So do not be deceived by the false assurances of the "all-round grace" your pastor preached to you about which you think you now have.

If it doesn't lead you to repentance and to turn away from your sinful ways, it is as good as thrash.

Now this is not to condemn anyone but to speak the Truth.

Jesus didn't condemn the woman caught in the act of adultery, but told her to "go and sin no more," because if she continued to sin regardless and doesn't repent of them, her sins would still condemn her at the end. John 8:10-11

That's exactly the point of this message.

So why won't the church be a comfortable place for unrepentant sinners and the wicked to remain in?

Who's a judge of what makes something "sexy"? The dress styles of average church goer these days would've made such a person regarded to be a harlot in the biblical times.

I remember in the late 90s and early 2000s when females wearing trousers in Nigeria was just a new thing and several pastors started preaching against it saying those who wear such are heading to hell fire. fast forward to now and females wear trousers to churches.
MFM is even more pathetic. Olukoya doesn't allow females wear trousers into the church but he allows it in his UK and USA branches which means the god of naira is different from god of dollars and pounds
